Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard has suffered a new injury setback.

The Belgian has struggled with physical issues throughout his time at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and he now has a left knee injury, one which means he isn't on this weekend's squad list for the trip to Mallorca.

"After the tests carried out today on Eden Hazard by Real Madrid medical services, he has been diagnosed with patellar tendinosis in his left knee and is under observation," the club explained in an official statement.

Even when he has been healthy, Hazard hasn't been used by Carlo Ancelotti.

In fact, his last LaLiga Santander outing was in the previous clash with Real Mallorca, back on September 9.
