Real Betis and Levante are in contact with Real Madrid for Lucas Silva.

Cadena SER says Real Madrid are keen on loaning out the Brazilian to a Spanish side so that he can continue to accumulate years of residency in the country in order to one day take dual citizenship.

Real have four non-EU players on the books for the 2015-16 campaign – Silva, James Rodríguez, Danilo and Casemiro – one more than the regulations permit.

There has also been interest in taking the player on loan from Portuguese clubs, notably Sporting Lisbon.
