Real Betis coach Pepe Mel is unsure what Dani Ceballos is planning.
The young midfielder is being linked with Real Madrid.
Mel said: "I do not doubt the honesty of the man, nor the affection for the club. Nor that he is available to us or that he wants to be here.
"I do not put him in doubt and do not worry about anything else.
"I assume that on August 23, he will be in our squad."
