Reading winger Stephen Hunt insists he knows nothing of any reported interest from Sunderland in his services.

The Republic of Ireland international has been one of The Royals' star performers this season and has been linked with a possible £3 million move to join his compatriot Roy Keane at the Stadium of Light.

Hunt, who scored Reading's equaliser against Birmingham at the weekend from the penalty spot, is unaware of any interest though, professing to have heard nothing from Keane or Sunderland.

"No comment," Hunt told the Reading Chronicle. "I don't know anything about that."
