Reading midfielder Stephen Hunt is expected to sign with Hull City on Thursday afternoon.

A fee for the Republic of Ireland international has been agreed and personal terms were taken care of prior to Wednesday evening's friendly against Australia in which Hunt came on in the second half and had a positive impact although his team were beaten 3-0.

The winger's fee remains undisclosed but he will join recent Tigers signings Seyi Olofinjana and Jozy Alitdore whilst the deal involving Celta Vigo striker Kamel Ghilas has been completed.
