Reading boss Brian McDermott admits there's no agreement with Blackpool for Thomas Ince.
He conceded defeat in his battle to sign Blackpool star Ince.
"Thomas won't be coming here," McDermott said after their 2-2 draw with Chelsea.
"Blackpool are very strong about wanting to keep him. I'd be amazed if Blackpool lose him in this window. My gut feeling is they've managed to keep him."
