Liverpool striker Dani Pacheco's move to Rayo Vallecano has stalled.

The newly-promoted Primera Division outfit were expected to complete the signing of Pacheco yesterday.

However, Rayo football chief Felipe Minambres said: "I know nothing about this.

"I don't know if he is in Spain or England. All I do know is we have not agreed anything. We have an interest, but also limited finances. We will see what we can do."
