Real captain Raul has signed a deal to 2011, while goalkeeper Casillas has effectively penned a lifetime agreement that keeps him in Madrid until 2017.
Casillas' contract contains the same clause and the goalkeeper has also been put on par with Raul's £8 million salary.
"I've spent all my life here and in this case (the new contract) it's thanks to the president (Ramon Calderon) and the support that he has given me from the first moment that he arrived here, I have felt valued," said Casillas.
"I want to thank the board and also the club in general. But most importantly I want to thank the fans. They have always supported me, I have felt very endorsed by them and for me, that is most important. I have fulfilled another dream and will be here for a very long time."
Raul, meanwhile, declared: "Today is a day in which I feel very happy because I believe that the club is valuing me. This new contract was fixed in five minutes.
"In the last year we have recovered many things. With the re-signing of Iker, the future is going to be very positive."
