Inter Milan skipper Andrea Ranocchia was delighted with victory over Chievo Verona.

Ranocchi struck in the 2-0 win.

"I did well on the goal, I'm very happy," said Ranocchia to Sky Sports.

"This is a fundamental success that will give us confidence.

"It was important to win as those ahead of us were not doing the same."
