Inter Milan boss Claudio Ranieri blames their injury problems on the coaching changes this season.
Inter go into their clash with Siena without several first-choice players.
"When Coaches change often, the fitness training also changes and there can be some problems with that. I doubt we're alone, as throughout Serie A there are numerous muscular injuries," said Ranieri.
"Of course having all the players at my disposal would allow me to field the best possible line-up, but at this moment some have to carry the can."
