Blackpool have had a bid accepted by Rangers for Charlie Adam, skysports.com understands. The 23 year old's agent Kenny Moyes has confirmed a fee has been agreed and the player has been given permission to talk to Blackpool.
"I believe a fee has been agreed between Blackpool and Rangers for Charlie," Moyes told skysports.com
"Charlie has now been given permission to hold talks with Blackpool and we will see what happens after that."
