Rangers chief Green to hold back move for Vancouver Whitecaps striker Miller

Rangers chief executive Charles Green will block a move for veteran striker Kenny Miller according to reports.

'Gers boss Ally McCoist is keen to bring the 33-year old back to Ibrox with Miller also keen to depart Vancouver Whitecaps for his former club but it is believed that Green does not want the move to go ahead.

The Scottish Express suggests that Green is only keen to bring in players who he can on-sell down the track and at 33, the Scotland international does not fit the bill, making a third spell with Rangers unlikely at this stage.
