Madjid Bougherra is reluctant to talk over a move whilst no formal offers have made. The Rangers defender has regularly seen his future at Ibrox called into question, with numerous clubs having been linked with his services in the past.
All of that speculation has amounted to nothing, though, with the commanding centre-half still fully committed to his duties in Glasgow.
Bougherra told the Daily Record: "If you are going to speak about transfers then you have to have formal offers. I have not had any."
Serie A giants Roma are the latest side reported to be planning a New Year raid for Bougherra, but he claims to be happy at Rangers.
He credits Gers boss Walter Smith for helping to mould him into a much sought-after performer and is keen to repay the experienced coach's hard work.
"I've spent the best moments of my career at Rangers," he said.
"I will always be in debt to Walter Smith and individual accolades are thanks to him."
