Duff & Phelps says they hope to reveal the three new bidders for Rangers FC sometime this week.
After US businessman Bill Miller withdrew his bid earlier in the week, it emerged that there were a further trio of groups who have joined Paul Murray's Blue Knights in striving to gain control of the Ibrox outfit.
Co-administrator David Whitehouse suggests that more will be known publicly later in the week after Duff & Phelps spoke closely with the new bids over the past 24 hours.
"I would say we are very positive in terms of being able to move those towards clarity this week.
"They are very real bidders and although two of them are very late to the table they are advanced in their thought process and well-funded.
"They would be - I believe - popular with fans. They are known in football and in Scottish community.
"There is a more natural empathy with the club than Bill Miller had. There is a Rangers connection there.
"They want anonymity, but that will break over the next 24-48 hours.
"These bidders are in a position where they are well known and if they put their heads above the parapet there will be a crescendo of interest and support and they don't want that yet.
"They will only do so if they are in a position of likely success.""We've had detailed discussions with three of the four bidders," he told Record Sport.
