Rafa Benitez has entered talks with Celta Vigo.

Celta are seeking a new coaching appointment after the departure of Carlos Carvalhal.

Former Real Madrid and Everton manager is in talks with Celta today.

Relevo says negotiations have progressed positively and Celta could confirm Benitez as new coach in the coming days, if not hours.

Last season Celta Vigo finished 13th in La Liga. The club announced earlier this month that Portuguese Carvalhal would not continue as head coach.
