Napoli striker Fabio Quagliarella is eager to put a disastrous World Cup campaign behind him.

Quagliarella was one of the few Italy players to leave South Africa with dignity intact, as in his second half performance against Slovakia he scored a sensational goal, set up another and had a potential equaliser ruled offside.

He said: "Now we have to begin focusing on the new season and Napoli. Will the Champions League be our objective? Let's just get started first and then see what happens.

"All I want is a great Napoli side, the rest doesn't interest me."
