QPR are waiting to pounce for Fulham captain Danny Murphy.

The People says the 35-year-old midfielder is out of contract this summer but was expected to stay, despite talks stalling.

Fulham boss Martin Jol suggested this week there would be little interest from other clubs in signing some of Fulham's old guard.

But it is thought QPR are set to make a move for Murphy this summer.
