QPR just need to secure a work permit to complete the signing of Junior Hoilett.
The Daily Mail says QPR are trying to secure a work permit for Hoilett before completing the Canadian's signing from Blackburn Rovers.
The forward is keen to join Mark Hughes' side, who are on tour in Asia, and the clubs are discussing compensation.
Borussia Monchengladbach looked certain to sign him after Hoilett flew out to Germany for talks.
