Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has hinted that club captain Clint Hill will be offered a new deal. The 34-year-old's current deal at Loftus Road is due to expire in the summer, but he is set to be presented with fresh terms regardless of how QPR fare in their Premier League survival bid.

Redknapp said of the no-nonsense centre-half: "Yeah, I'm sure Clint can play on.

"He's a good pro, he's a good lad, he puts his body on the line for the club, and I'm sure he can keep going."
