QPR manager Harry Redknapp had to agree with the sending off decision of striker Bobby Zamora on Sunday.
The former Fulham man was shown a straight red card for a high challenge on Jordi Gomez in the 21st minute of the 1-1 draw at Loftus Road and although Redknapp knows it was not a nasty effort, he did feel the correct decision was made.
"I think it looked like a red card. Bobby's not a malicious player but it was a clumsy challenge," Redknapp told Sky Sports.
"His foot was high and it was a reckless challenge. It is not like Bobby to do things like that, he is normally very level-headed.
"Nobody is more sorry than Bobby.
"We would have beaten them today with 11 men, I am sure of that, but even with ten we should have won.
"Then you are down to ten men against a team that likes to pass the ball, but I thought we always looked more threatening."
