QPR players will decide the punishment for teammate Adel Taarabt if he acts up.

Taarabt has tested Neil Warnock's patience for most of the season and reacted badly to be subbed against Chelsea before talking up a January move to Paris St Germain.

Rs manager Warnock has not fined Taarabt yet but he explained: "There used to be no code of conduct until this season. Everything of that sort was done on a willy-nilly basis. But the senior players went away, drew up their own list, and if they want to fine Adel, they can."
