QPR legend Kevin Gallen has wrote off Manchester City's title defence.
Gallen reckons Liverpool and Chelsea will battle to be Premier League champions this season.
"They have a chance Liverpool but City and Chelsea are strong," Gallen told the Daily Express.
"Chelsea would have won the league if they had a striker that could score because most of the goals didn't come from their strikers.
"I think it will be tough. I think Manchester United will be stronger especially with a new manager and the fact they're not in Europe, they will be able to have a free run at it.
"Arsenal will have improved again and will probably make another signing. It will be tough but I would go with Man City or Chelsea."
