Low-cost airline Air Asia, owned by OPR owner Tony Fernandes, will sponsor the teams away shirt for one year. The deal was initially arranged in September, a short time after Fernandes bought the London based Premier League team, but has only now been confirmed.
When it was initially announced, the deal was to run for a two-year period, but according to Malaysian news agency Benarma.com, it is a one-year deal and is worth UK£350,000.
