QPR confident beating West Brom for Fulham striker AJ

QPR are convinced they can beat West Bromwich Albion for Fulham striker Andy Johnson.

The Fulham Chronicle says QPR are set to play a trump card by offering £3million Johnson a chance to renew his Premiership career in west London - providing he moves up the road.

Former Fulham boss Roy Hodgson at West Brom is a rival for the 30-year-old's signature.

But Rangers are aware the forward would prefer to stay in London rather than uproot his family to the midlands.
