QPR skipper Clint Hill expects Neil Warnock to take total control at Crystal Palace.
Hill expects his former boss to take full control of footballing matters.
"He wants the respect of everybody and he will get that," said Hill to the London Evening Standard. "Knowing him personally, I know that he likes to be hands on with everything. I don't really know what the situation is there behind the scenes but I'm sure on the pitch and with the lads he will be fantastic."
