QPR boss Neil Warnock wants to set up a loan deal for Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole.

Cole, formerly of West Ham United and Chelsea, is being linked with a return home to London this summer.

"Joe Cole? We can probably afford 30 or 40 per cent of his wages now," said Warnock.

"The chairman knows all my targets, and we are discussing them."
