QPR boss Harry Redknapp has revealed how you must clearout the bad eggs when fighting against relegation.
When it comes to survival, both in succeeding and not, Redknapp should know and it is not just ability on the pitch that counts.
Redknapp told the Daily Express: "If you've got half a dozen s**** around you've got no chance. They'll contaminate the rest of the players. They'll be negative, getting into good lads and bringing them down to their level.
"You walk in and see one or two s****, they take up your mind. You're watching them, who they are talking to and what they're doing. They're sucking as much energy out of you as anything."
Redknapp added: "What makes a football team is not just the 11 who play. It's the entire club.
"Niko Kranjcar hasn't been in the side for the last couple of weeks but trained like a demon last week, wanting to get back.
"He got his chance on Saturday and did well. That's all you're asking for, people to come in and work hard."
