QPR boss Mark Hughes is planning radical squad changes this week.

The Sunday Mirror says with only two weeks of the transfer window ­remaining, the time may not be right for sweeping changes at the club.

Hughes is targeting at least six new signings.

Rs agreed a fee ­yesterday to sign centre-back Alex from Chelsea.
