Speculation over the future of QPR boss Mark Hughes intensified after he failed to take charge of his teams Monday training session. Instead, according to SkySports the former Wales manager held a two-hour meeting with chief executive Philip Beard.
QPR are currently bottom of the Premier League table still seeking their first win of the season.
As a result, reports have claimed that Hughes could be axed by the end of this week.
