Barcelona legend Carles Puyol has called for greater focus on Europe after seeing Real Madrid win the Champions League.

The Blaugrana have won the LaLiga title for this campaign and did so in a very effective manner, yet Los Blancos' success on the continent has once again left those in Catalonia miffed at the direction of their own club.

"Congratulations Madridistas, four Champions Leagues in five seasons against one of the best Barcelona teams in history, we must reflect on our priorities," Puyol posted on social media.
