Stoke City boss Tony Pulis believes promoted Premier League clubs now see them as an example to follow.
The Potters have been comfortable mid-table finishers in each of the three seasons since they returned to the top tier of English football.
And this year Pulis went one better by guiding his club to the FA Cup final.
Asked about the three imminent arrivals he told The Sentinel: "QPR have the potential to spend big, while I think Norwich and Swansea will do it more gradually, a bit like ourselves.
"I think a lot of people are looking at us to see what we have done, on and off the pitch. I certainly know a lot of managers have rung me up to ask what we have done and haven't done.
"Perhaps we've almost made a bit of a blueprint. We certainly have a lot to be proud of."
