PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman is chasing a move to England.

The £17millon-rated Dutch international has been watched by Manchester United and Arsenal this season.

And Gunners talent-spotter Steve Rowley is among the latest to run the rule over the 23-year-old holding midfielder, says The Sun.

But Strootman said: "Every transfer window there are clubs interested. But a club must speak to me first."
