PSV Eindhoven are eyeing AC Milan striker Charles de Ketelaere

PSV want to take De Ketelaere on-loan for the new season - and could seek a permanent option.

Ed.nl says talks are underway about a deal for the Belgium international.

De Ketelaere is viewed at PSV as a replacement for Fabio Silva, who has returned to Wolves after a six-month loan.

The striker joined Milan a year ago from Club Brugge for €35.5m.
