PSV Eindhoven winger Cody Gakpo will command a significant fee if he leaves.

The talented youngster, who netted 21 goals and provided 15 assists in 46 games last term, is wanted by Arsenal and Leeds United.

However, PSV know that he is under contract until 2026, which means they hold all the cards.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that PSV will only sell Gakpo for a fee in the region of €40-45 million.

Their desire is to keep the player for at least one more season, as manager Ruud van Nistelrooy is counting on him at present.

No club is likely to pay such a huge fee for Gakpo at present, which means any move may have to wait until next year.
