PSV Eindhoven boss Philipp Cocu says no offers have arrived for Memphis Depay.
The winger is being linked with Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City.
"There have been no contacts", he told Voetbal International.
"And he has a contract with PSV [until the summer of 2017], thus let's not get ahead of ourselves.
"He has only one full season behind him.
"I think you need a certain base to take the next step and that is independent of the qualities that a person has. Therefore, he must stay at PSV for at least a year."
