PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands has detailed the offer from Leeds United rejected for Cody Gakpo over the summer.
Brands said on Goedemorgen Eredivisie that Leeds had made an attempt for the winger.
He revealed: "Leeds United had made an offer of thirty million euros with eleven million in bonuses, of which six million of those bonuses would be paid if Leeds made it to the Champions League.
"A lot has been said about it, but no member within PSV hesitated to accept this."
Brands also admitted interest from Manchester United: "If the price we wanted for him was on the table, then Cody would just be sold. Then you can't stop him."
