PSG are to launch a massive bid for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen this month.

The Daily Express says PSG are ready to make a £100m move for Eriksen before the European transfer window shuts on August 31.

The 26-year-old Dane has still not signed the new contract Tottenham have offered him this summer, with talks ongoing – and that has alerted Europe's top clubs.

PSG have long been keen on Eriksen, a key player for Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, and made known their interest before the World Cup.

But Spurs are desperate to tie Eriksen, who scored 14 goals and made ten assists last season and played a starring role in Tottenham's 2-1 opening-day win at Newcastle on Saturday, to a new deal, and equally determined not to sell.
