PSG are set to beat Chelsea to the signing of Corinthians midfielder Gabriele Moscardo.

The youngster was tipped to go to Chelsea this week.

But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "Understand PSG mission to sign Gabriel Moscardo enters key stages now.

"Talks taking place with Corinthians this weekend, PSG director (Luis) Campos is working on it directly in Brazil.

"Moscardo, keen on joining PSG. It's up to the clubs now.

"Chelsea have NO plans to bid."
