Paris St Germain have tabled a bumper offer to Manchester City for rebel Carlos Tevez. The Daily Star says PSG have offered Manchester City £34m for wantaway striker Tevez.
Moneybags PSG have made Tevez their top target. The super-rich Arab owners spent £75m on players ahead of the new campaign and will happily double that amount if they can secure Champions League football.
