PSG chief Leonardo has announced defender Diego Lugano can leave this month.
The Uruguay international is a target for QPR boss Harry Redknapp as he seeks to stiffen his leaky defence.
"There are players like Lugano who can leave," said Leonardo. "We'll see what happens in the coming days."
