PSG legend Rai says Barcelona were the "loser" in Neymar's move to Paris.

Rai has hailed PSG's world record €222m swoop for the Brazil captain last month.

He declared: "The ideal marriage? Yes, it is perfect union. Both for PSG, who needed a star to cross a landing, and for Neymar, who wanted to change air to achieve his goal of becoming the best in the world.

"The only loser in history is Barça! We had never seen this club suffer so much from the departure of a player. Neymar is finally bigger than what everyone imagined, sportingly but also in terms of images and notoriety."
