PSG chief Leonardo insists no offer has been tabled for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

Leonardo says no formal offer has even been made to City, let alone a deal reached.

"For Carlos Tevez, we have never made a formal offer to him or to the club for that matter," Leonardo told L'Equipe.

"I have not met with Tevez's agent or talked with Manchester City."
