Preston North End have snapped up Manchester City striker Neil Dougan.

The Northern Ireland youth international joined Preston yesterday along with international teammate Jamie Douglas, who arrives from Rangers.

Preston director of youth Dean Ramsdale said of Douglas: "He's from Cookstown in County Tyrone, he comes with a great pedigree.

"He's one that I've been chasing all the time that I have been at the club, I've known Jamie for about 18 months now and I am delighted that he's actually signed with us."
