The Premier League is planning to bring in a wage cap for junior players.
The Sunday Mirror says young Premier League stars could see their wages capped under radical plans being drawn up by the FA's commission into the future of English football.
The introduction of a wage cap would be the most dramatic change in players' contracts since the Bosman freedom of contract ruling was introduced in 1995.
