Prandelli names Inter Milan midfielder Motta in Italy squad

Italy coach Cesare Prandelli has named three uncapped players in his squad for the friendly against Germany.

Parma midfielder Sebastian Giovinco, Juventus striker Alessandro Matri and Inter Milan midfielder Thiago Motta have all won first calls.

Italy travel to Dortmund for the international test on Wednesday.

Goalkeepers: Buffon (Juventus), Sirigu (Palermo), Viviano (Bologna)

Defenders: Astori (Cagliari), Bonucci (Juventus), Cassani (Palermo), Criscito (Genoa), Chiellini (Juventus), Maggio (Napoli), Ranocchia (Inter)
