Incoming Crystal Palace owner Josh Harris has big plans to redevelop Selhurst Park.
The Mirror says US investment duo Harris and David Blitzer hope to clinch a buy-out of Premier League Palace before January.
The pair intend to complete the deal using their US equity fund Blackstone, where Blitzer is senior managing director.
They believe Palace has huge potential as a London club in a large catchment area with an ageing stadium fit for modernisation.
Harris and Blitzer also own the New Jersey Devils ice hockey team and Philadelphia 76ers basketball franchise.
