Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou is considering a return to Celtic to boost his attack.
The Sun says Postecoglou has instructed his scouting department to take a closer look at his former protégé Kyogo Furuhashi.
The Japan international centre-forward has been churning out goals since arriving in Glasgow in the summer of 2021.
Postecoglou signed Furuhashi from Vissel Kobe for Celtic in a €5.4m deal. Since then, he has scored a whopping 61 goals in 98 games for the Bhoys.
In the current season, Furuhashi has seven goals and two assists after 15 appearances.
At Spurs, he would arrive as cover for Heung-min Son at centre-forward.
