Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis won't throw a strop if he is dropped for tonight's UEFA Cup tie at Wolfsburg.
He said: "I think over the past couple of games I've played quite well so I've found myself very disappointed to be on the bench. I suppose all I can do is keep playing well because I think I've been playing well this season.
"At least the goal has given me a few more headlines. At the end of the day, I've been playing quite well. If I'm not disappointed that I'm not playing what's the point of playing football in the first place?
"I'm disappointed I'm not playing but I'm not going to throw my dummy out. I'll just get on with it and hopefully be in the team next time against Wolfsburg.
"It doesn't matter that I scored the winning goal against Blackburn. It all depends on what the manager thinks, who he thinks is tired, who he wants to play and what formation he wants to play.
"I just have to get my head down and hopefully I will be involved."
