Benfica defender Luisao has welcomed interest from Portsmouth.

Luisao told the Portuguese press: "I would be interested in moving to England if I receive the right offer.

"I have a deal with Benfica until June 2011 but now I am prepared to leave.

"The rumours about the interest of some clubs are interesting, but those depend on my club. I would be prepared to speak with other teams."
