Portsmouth are resigned to losing striker David Nugent at the end of the season.
The Sun says Pompey boss Steve Cotterill has put Blackpool and Bolton Wanderers on alert by admitting he expects Nugent to go this summer.
Striker Nugent, 25, is out of contract in the summer and has been stalling over signing a new deal since December.
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway tried to sign Nugent last August while the striker played for Bolton chief Owen Coyle on loan at Burnley last season.
